My path into therapy has unfolded through layers of personal growth: training in Nonviolent Communication, years of sociocracy in an ecovillage, and eventually formal study in Relational Intelligence®. A thread through this journey is a defining moment from when I was six years old, when I almost drowned. Through my own therapeutic work, I have integrated this experience, allowing what was once a lasting imprint to become a source of presence and depth — shaping what I bring into the room as a therapist today.

Through connection with others — in therapy, in friendship, and as a father — I have grown closer to my own inner child. This has given me an energetic and playful way of meeting life's challenges, a quality I share with you in our sessions.

We all carry the capacity for more freedom, flow, and a deeper connection with ourselves, in balance with the world around us. This belief is at the core of my approach. Having walked that path myself, I know what it means to reach towards growth — and how much it matters to have someone alongside you on that journey.

ABOUT ME...

Growing up in the rural heart of Norway, surrounded by mountains and farm life, I formed a deep connection to the elements. This remains with me today, shaping how I meet both myself and the people I work with.

Music was my first way in. During my years as a musician and sound engineer, I was immersed in a world where body, mind, and expression were one — where the work meant helping people shape their inner feelings and stories into something others could genuinely hear and connect with. Looking back, it is where it all began.

Life has taken me many places. Having travelled widely and always been drawn to other cultures, I eventually found home in France — where I live with my wife and our two children. We share a love for ecology and the belief that humans thrive in partnership with nature, not against it.
